All costs are based on prior issued PK Robles quotations or PKR price charts. Unless otherwise specified, net prices are based on: 5/4 Alder inside frames, maple exposed wood, stained, plain COM (matching/leather handling extra).

Terms:
 |
Production begins upon receipt of 50% deposit with written Purchase Order. Balance is due upon completion of job and before delivery. Overdue accounts will be serviced on a full cash in advance basis. Credit cards are acceptable for deposits only.

| Cancellations: |
Orders canceled while in process are subject to charges based on materials purchased, production costs and handling expenses incurred to date. Custom orders are not subject to refund or return. Client complaints originating from manufacturing errors [discrepancy against specifications outside construction standards/requirements], will be remedied expediently upon agreement in writing between PK Robles and client.

| Delivery: |
Policy lead-time for custom orders is approximately 8-10 weeks pending receipt of fabric and goods, signed strike-offs and drawing approvals. Estimated completion date is confirmed in writing on PK Robles Acknowledgment per each order. Lead-time will vary according to volume or intricacy of craftsmanship, such as hand carving, etc.

| Fabrics: |
COM/COL shipped to ROBLES workroom must be tagged with client name, corresponding PO number and project Side/Mark. Yardage/Square footage requirements included on written quote.

| Ordering: |
A written Purchase Order must be submitted to ensure accuracy and completeness. Information must include: quantity, style and description, photo or drawing, highlighted variations, attached cuttings of corresponding COMs. ( Shop drawings upon request.)
Our company strives to capture the design intent of our client’s orders. We ask that our clients forgive variations required in construction allowances to provide quality and stability in form and function.
Robles reserves the right to re-interpret/modify images of proprietary designs established by designers other than client. Purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement to products copied without permission of patent owner.

| Shipments and Claims: |
Existing goods delivered to ROBLES for remodel or reupholstery must be properly tagged. We cannot be responsible for work errors made due to lack of, or improper, identification. Completed goods are covered with protective plastic bag shields for blanket-wrap delivery.
Every precaution will be taken to protect client goods while on our premises; however, we cannot be responsible for theft or fire damage.

| Completion of Order: |
Notification will be given before job completion. FOB Robles workroom, Los Angeles. Although PK Robles is happy to recommend dependable local trucking services, client is assumed responsible for their own delivery arrangements.
